Textron GSE is seeking a Quality Engineer based in Augusta, Georgia. Responsibilities include planning and directing quality standards, conducting audits, and leading a small team of Quality Inspectors. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and ERP/MRP systems is required along with the ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T.

This position promotes continuous improvement in product and process capabilities.
