Estimator, Engineering, Mechanical Engineer

Candidate should have knowledge of the mechanical construction field with a strong estimating background along with excellent communication skills.

Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical/plumbing estimating as follows:

• Understanding commercial/industrial HVAC piping, plumbing design/sizing
• Understanding of International Mechanical Code or ability to research compliance
• Ability to layout concept, provide conceptual estimate, and write scope proposal
• Use/understanding estimating software not requirement but helpful
• Understanding of equipment types, material types, application types
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Conceptual thinking/problem solving
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with sales team in developing/identifying opportunities
• Physically capable of performing site visits/inspections
