  • Develop and maintain inspection job plan templates, data packages for each piece of critical equipment, and perform or assist with reliability walk‑throughs and inspections.
  • Establish and maintain professional partnerships with vendors/contractors to facilitate customer needs.
  • Research and provide vendors with all information needed for accurate proposals.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for materials, parts, and equipment within corporate authorization limits.

  • Provide management with capital spare equipment needing repairs on a periodic basis.
  • Attend Turbo machinery conferences such as the Pump and Turbo machinery Symposium, as requested.
  • Plan capital spare and mechanical work orders for routine work, normal outages, and turnarounds; review each work order to ensure proper information has been supplied by the originator.
  • Discuss work order scope with maintenance and operations to fully define the scope, consult with engineering, safety, or other technical departments when specialized advice is required, and obtain necessary approval for specialized items.
  • Plan maintenance work orders, develop job sequencing, identify basic steps and associated resources, estimate steps and materials, issue requisitions, and benchmark work orders for future asset activities.
