Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop statistical models to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to production challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to production staff to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to process engineering.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure successful process improvements.

Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, including experience with process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of process control principles, including experience with statistical process control.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling tools, such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement solutions to production challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
