A leading agricultural technology firm in Augusta, Georgia, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager responsible for driving operational excellence and optimizing processes. This role focuses on leading continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and proven experience in similar roles. A Master's degree and certifications in Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
