Sr Process Engineer – Starbucks (Augusta, GA).

Work Hours:

8 Hours. Salary: $20 – $30 per hour.

• Evaluate the advantages of new design innovations and further developed strategies for assembly activities.
• Coordinate design standards and resolve specialized issues for specific cycle challenges.
• Apply reasoning in critical thinking and analysis of options to assess the monetary and operational impact of business initiatives.
• Analyze basic data to pursue compelling decisions or recommendations.
• Create and execute design plans within clear specialized capabilities to improve efficiencies, increase capacity and reduce costs.
• Build agreements across capabilities (operations, support, and design) on complex initiatives and projects.
• Perform general plant process engineering work.
• Advance the improvement of solid working relationships.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality, and design.
• Create and execute progressive cycles to measure, break down, and improve device performance and inform prioritization of plant performance improvement projects.
• Team up with and mentor support and operational partners to advance cycle control frameworks, continually consolidating new data to further improve execution.
• Regularly use data-driven insights to recognize patterns associated with process health and reliability.

• Process Design (3 years).
• Process Engineering and execution specifically area of specialization (5 years).
• Performance measurement improvement and root cause investigation (5 years).
• Key preparation skills.
• Purchasing items or food organization and plant insight, either specialized or design.
