Are you an Electrical Engineer with hands-on Solar PV commissioning experience looking to become the technical authority on complex renewable energy projects for one of the top-ranked EPCs in the US?

This is not a support role. You will be the technical lead on commissioning, the person internal teams and clients depend on to validate work, resolve issues, and sign off projects. This role would suit a senior electrical engineer with direct PV commissioning experience who wants technical ownership, US-wide project exposure, and a platform to be the best in their field.

The Role:

• Lead commissioning activities for Solar PV and BESS projects, hands-on and oversight responsibility
• Technical authority for test procedures, third-party commissioning review, and customer-facing reporting
• Troubleshoot field issues and own resolution across controls, protection, and testing
• Work across the full project lifecycle from design through startup, turnover, and final acceptance
