Job Description

Key Holder/Game Room Attendant for Chuck’s Arcade located in the Mall of Georgia in Buford.

• Ensure all games are operational.
• Clean the gaming area and maintain a safe environment.
• Open and close the arcade as scheduled.
• Provide excellent guest service and monitor guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Available to work various shifts.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
