As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our expert Technicians and our valued customers, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and satisfaction throughout every step of the service process.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advising experience or equivalent customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Tekmetric Automotive Management software or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in digital vehicle inspection software and basic automotive terminology.
• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas and gross profit goals.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stress positively, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• High degree of integrity and accountability.
