VIP Account Manager; iGaming

We are looking for a dedicated VIP Manager to foster and maintain long-term relationships with our portfolio of high-value players. Your primary focus will be on enhancing client activity, loyalty, and satisfaction within the VIP segment through personalized engagement and data-driven strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of VIP players.
• Increase player activity and retention within the VIP segment.
• Identify key behavioral patterns and perform segmentation of VIP clients.
• Develop and deliver personalized offers and communications.
• Improve response times and VIP client satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with the CRM team on targeted VIP campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor player KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management / client retention within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of the player lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation.
• Proven track record of working with VIP segments and providing personalized offers.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term, trusting client relationships.
• Knowledge of methods for tracking and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): deposits, betting, ARPU, churn risk.
• Skill in analyzing player behavior and using data for segmentation and targeting.
• Experience with CRM systems; basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to respond promptly to VIP requests.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during major tournaments, sporting events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Polish and Russian language proficiency at C1 level.
