The Property Operations Lead (Hospitality) is the on‑site facilitator for everything a Kasa guest experiences. In the Savannah market you will support efficient, successful operations for the portfolio, acting as the Kasa face to guests, resolving concerns, conducting unit inspections, and ensuring all public spaces meet brand standards.

• Welcome guests and facilitate guest relocations
• Plan and strategise day‑to‑day operations and enhance the VIP experience
• Host guest engagement events and provide local area recommendations
• Conduct regular in‑person unit inspections to keep public spaces and units clean, safe, and well‑maintained
• Identify, prioritise, and execute cost‑effective property improvements aligned with Kasa brand standards
• Collaborate daily with Kasa teams and partners to drive results
• Handle emergencies when called; be available for on‑call duties with overtime compensation above state minimum

• This role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record with proof of insurance

• Role Objective 1: Drive quality outcomes through increased guest satisfaction and company metrics
• Key Initiatives: Identify and communicate on‑site issues; maintain supply inventory levels; participate in preventive maintenance
• Role Objective 2: Complete tasks that drive productivity within the operation
• Key Initiatives: Complete brand‑standard inspections to gather property‑level data; decrease after‑hours calls and inquiries

• Pay: $21.00 – $22.55 per hour, based on business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills
