Job Overview
Coforge is hiring for a Customer Service Representative with the following skill set.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit card disputes, debit card disputes, chargeback processing, fraud operations, banking operations, and financial services customer support.
- Experience using dispute management systems and case management tools.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Typing speed with accuracy of a minimum of 45 words per minute.
Sift Timing: 11:00AM EST to 8:00PM EST
Preferred Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, card network rules, and dispute resolution processes.
- Previous work experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or card services operations.
