Summary:
A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to lead enterprise-wide treasury operations and serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO. This individual will be responsible for liquidity management, capital structure, banking relationships, debt management, financial risk oversight, and treasury strategy in support of the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include managing global liquidity and cash forecasting, overseeing debt and lender relationships, supporting capital allocation and financing strategies, mitigating financial risks, leading treasury transformation initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership on acquisitions, growth projects, and long-range financial planning.
- Lead global treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
- Advise executive leadership on capital allocation, financing strategies, and financial risk management.
- Support acquisitions, refinancing activities, capital investments, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate, and insurance risk programs.
- Drive treasury process improvements, technology enhancements, and governance initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- CTP required; CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets experience.
- Experience leading treasury functions within a large manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or private equity-backed company.
- Strong expertise in debt management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and capital structure management.
