About the Role:

Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia is looking for a talented and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team in Augusta, GA! If you love helping clients look and feel their best in a welcoming, professional spa environment, this is the opportunity for you.

• Perform professional waxing services including Brazilian, bikini, facial, and full-body waxing
• Consult with clients to assess skin type, sensitivity, and service needs prior to treatments
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and follow-up care recommendations
• Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care to ensure optimal results
• Uphold spa standards, protocols, and product knowledge to deliver consistent, high-quality services
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional spa atmosphere

• Valid Georgia Esthetician License or Cosmetology License required
• Prior waxing experience, especially Brazilian and body waxing, strongly preferred
• Knowledge of hard wax and soft wax techniques and application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and client comfort at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continued education
