Maine State CU is hiring a Member Experience Specialist I in Augusta.
Description:
Receives members in primarily in person and when applicable through online technology, and/or by telephone; determines the nature of the member’s business and either transacts the member’s request or refers the member to the appropriate staff member.
Qualifications:The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team-oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of six months related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling, etc.). Also required are strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, a solid work ethic, reliable attendance, and an ability to be detail-oriented.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
