Turnwell Mental Health Network is a clinician‑led, integrated mental health group focused on expanding access to high‑quality care in underserved markets. We are seeking a licensed therapist with a friendly demeanor and strong analytical abilities to join our new location in Alpharetta, GA.

• Deliver comprehensive therapist services including assessments, guidance, treatment, discharge planning, and patient care documentation.
• Participate in a comprehensive care team that includes board‑certified physician leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support patients and their families with evidence‑based therapy in both group and individual settings.
• Perform regular wellness checks by phone to inquire about behavioral health status and medication adherence.

• Valid license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and 1–3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Proficiency in CBT and training in EMDR preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Must pass a background check and hold current, unrestricted state license.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
