Position: Part-Time BCBA
Location: In-Clinic Hybrid (Peachtree City, GA) & Remote
Eligibility: Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
Bonus: $1,000+ sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates

• Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in‑person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices
• Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
• Comfort with data analysis and ABA software
• A desire to practice ABA in a thoughtful, ethical, client‑centered way
