Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• Must be available to work various days of the week

• On-call availability as needed

• Minimum every other weekend required

• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required

• Less than 1 year experience with direct patient care preferred

• Required certifications upon hire: BLS, RN license (single state or compact), PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months), ACLS (within 180 days)

• Education requirement:
Associate's or Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor's in Nursing preferred

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics

• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation

• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education

• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, customer service abilities, and function effectively in fast-paced emergency environment

• Ability to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills required
