Job Description & RequirementsWe are looking for a healthcare professional ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contracts are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercise programs, equipment use, and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment.
• Certified and licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant (state license required).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient physical therapy (preferred).
• Proficiency in WebPT EMR.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to new clinical settings.
