Allied Travel Careers  is working with Acruex Health to find a qualified Medical Assistant in Georgia!

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/Hourly.

Summary: The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) provides clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers in a clinic setting. The CMA ensures efficient patient flow, delivers high-quality patient care, and maintains accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examination, including obtaining and recording vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures (e.g., specimen collection, EKGs, point-of-care testing).

• 2+ years CURRENT (to 3-6 months) Certified Medical Assistant/CMA experience in Pediatric Clinic Setting Required.
• 2+years Pediatric Clinic experience Required.
• BILINGUAL CANDIDATES (SPANISH) Required.
• NHA, AMT or AAMA Certification Required.
• Previous travel experience Preferred.
• OCHIN EPIC EMR experience Highly Preferred.
• BLS Certification.
