- Deliver individual and group therapy.
- Develop customized treatment plans.
- Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with clients and referral sources to promote long-term recovery.
- Manage a caseload and utilize evidence-based interventions.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
- Eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Computer proficiency.
- At least two years of clean time if in recovery.
- Supervision is provided.
- Applicants with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
