We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Florida team! This position is located within client schools within a few private schools in Lake County. Mostly we have need in Umatilla with some opportunities in Mount Dora/Tavares as well. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases, conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervising RBT's, and regular communication with the administration team.

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions
• Perform regular supervision of RBT's
• Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics

• Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field
• Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB for BCBA or BCaBA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
