We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. • Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to changing needs

The ideal candidate brings both professional expertise and genuine caring to this role. You must hold current PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certification or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and have hands‑on experience providing personal care services. We value candidates who demonstrate patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Please note that CNA is not required, but applicants must have a valid and current PCA certification.

• Valid PCA certification (must be current)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal care or related field
• Strong understanding of personal care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Background check and drug screening required
