• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Strong skills in Parent Education and training methods
• Knowledge of Psychology principles and Behavior Management strategies
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
