We’re seeking a Clinical Director who’s ready to leave a mark, shape behavior, and reinforce success! In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, guide program development, and ensure every child receives personalized, compassionate care. Our philosophy emphasizes small, meaningful gains over big, personalized schedules, so you can focus on what really matters… making a difference in children’s lives.
Why You’ll Love It Here:No weekends and no on‑call because your work‑life balance preserves reinforcement too!
Join a team that values growth because everyone deserves their skills to be reinforced, not extinguished!

Opportunities for professional development and career advancement to shape your skills, track mastery, and generalize your career growth!
Use your BCBA expertise to shape, track, and reinforce meaningful progress because your experience matters to every client, family, and every team member!
What You’ll Do For Your Team:Lead clinical operations with a focus on evidence‑based ABA practices, while reinforcing your team on a variable interval.
Coach, mentor, and shape staff skills, using positive reinforcement to encourage growth and celebrate each acquisition.
Provide training and feedback that helps staff fade prompts and generalize skills across sessions.
Analyze team performance data to track mastery, maintain high standards, and ensure consistent outcomes.
Promote a culture of connection, collaboration, and continuous learning, where feedback is motivating and success is reinforced.
What You’ll Do For Clients:Develop individualized treatment programs that prompt new skills, reinforce independence, and generalize learning across environments.
Collect and analyze client data to ensure interventions are effective and progress is measurable and meaningful.
Celebrate small wins with clients and families, reinforcing motivation and provide parental education and training, pairing practical guidance with evidence‑based strategies.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where clients can thrive, and every step of progress is acknowledged.
Competitive salary and opportunities for advancement because we believe in reinforcing success.
401(k) with matching for a long‑term variable‑interval reinforcer for your future.
Health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you healthy and motivated for every session.
Paid time off to take a timeout when you need it; even BCBAs need a break.
Flexible scheduling because work‑life balance is the ultimate positive reinforcement.
Employee discounts enjoy perks that motivate and reward your efforts.
Meals and snacks provided to fuel your day that reinforce your mind and body.
Professional development and training opportunities to shape your skills, track mastery, and generalize knowledge across your career.
Uniforms included because every behavior (and outfit) deserves consistency!
