Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted

• Both circulating and scrubbing experience required (HARD STOP)

• Work in Main OR covering General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures

• 16 operating rooms with average daily census of 35 cases

• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics

• Required certification: BLS

• Call requirements: 7-8 calls in a 6-week schedule plus 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts

• Average 2-3 weekend shifts per contract period

• Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays during assignment

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed

• Work with Epic charting system, Pyxis medication system, and 2 DaVinci XI robots

• Scrubs provided by facility

• Floating assignments are rare

• 72 hours of orientation required

• Must be available to submit compliance documents and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing

• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal

• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)

The facility is equipped with advanced technology including Epic electronic health records, Pyxis medication dispensing systems, and state-of-the-art robotic surgical equipment with two DaVinci XI robots. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and requires full compliance documentation for all healthcare professionals.
