Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Early Intervention ABA
Grace to Grow Autism Therapy Center in South Augusta is hiring a BCBA to support our play-based early intervention program for children ages 2–6 years. This role is ideal for new or recently certified BCBAs who value mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful family-centered care.
What You’ll Do:- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and coaching for RBTs/BCaBAs
- Support naturalistic and play-based ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families to promote communication and independence
- Help shape clinical systems in a growing center
- Mentorship and leadership development
- Opportunities to grow as the center expands
- Flexible schedule; no evenings or weekends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for early intervention and child-centered ABA
- Eligible for Georgia Medicaid enrollment
