Job Summary
Under the direction of the Clinical Director this BCBA works directly with children with Autism, managing a caseload of direct one-on-one services and providing monthly supervision to RBT cases.
Responsibilities- Provide ABA interventions such as discrete trial instruction, natural environment training, reinforcement, and punishment to teach communication, social interaction, academic, and daily living skills as described in each child’s individualized behavior plan (IBP).
- Train and supervise RBTs in the implementation of ABA programs.
- Monitor progress, record data on skills acquisition and problem behavior, and maintain accurate service-related records.
- Attend meetings, conferences, journal reviews, and in-person or online professional development sessions.
- Conduct assessments when needed, including functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS).
- Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 130 billable hours per month.
- Experience in functional behavioral assessment, individualized behavior program development, or verbal behavior programming.
- Knowledge of discrete trial methods, including shaping, mand training, and guided compliance techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data collection, reporting, and record management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

This position supervises RBTs on their direct service cases at the clinic.
Work EnvironmentThe role is conducted in a professional clinic setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical DemandsActive role requiring bending, sitting, standing, lifting (5–20 lbs), walking, and diapering of children throughout the day.
Hours & ScheduleFull‑time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Education & ExperienceMaster’s degree in psychology or a related field is required. BCBA certification is mandatory.
