Clinic
Hours:
8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Pay: $18-24 per hour
- BCBA owned, lead, and operated!
- Paid RBT certification & training within first 30 days of employment

- Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 consistent with best practices in applied behavior analysis across communication, social, and adaptive skills domains.
- Implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervisor and clinical leadership team.
- Collect data and make function-based decisions with oversight of the supervisor.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Work with family members and stakeholders to coordinate care across clinic, home, and community settings.
- Maintain professional standards in line with Dogwood Autism Service’s values to Be Kind, Be Smart, Be Brave, Be Committed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting and carrying clients.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience working with young children in 1:1 or classroom/group settings (Preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required), 4-year degree in ABA or related field (Preferred).
- Access to reliable transportation (Required).
- Maintain valid CPR certification (Required).
- High interest and willingness to learn about, understand, and work with children diagnosed with Autism, Spectrum Disorder through ABA Therapy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to lift and carry clients.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
- Must have a valid State Driver’s License & insurance in good standing
