• Collaborative Owner: You are not on a leadership island. Our owner is an experienced BCBA who remains actively involved, helping manage operations and run the clinic. You will have a true peer and sounding board by your side.
• Foundation Already in Place: You aren't starting from scratch. Our brand-new Augusta clinic is open, operational, and running with a foundational team of staff and clients ready for your leadership to help grow and expand.
• Focus on Leadership: Your primary mandate is leadership. With a low billable requirement, you have the freedom to focus entirely on clinical excellence and team growth.
• Seamless Operational Backing: Our dedicated administrative team handles all scheduling, logistics, hiring, and backend paperwork.

As the Clinical Director, you will hold the keys to all clinical operations, driving program innovation and mentoring our local practitioner team.

• Provide clinical vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the Augusta facility.
• Supervise, mentor, and hands‑on develop your oncoming team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Oversee intakes, assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, etc.), treatment plan designs, and clinical documentation quality.
• Ensure absolute compliance with BACB, ethical, and healthcare payer regulatory standards.
• Partner closely with local families to ensure deep caregiver collaboration and stellar outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on clinic health, growth strategy, and localized training initiatives.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• 4+ years of clinical ABA experience, with a proven track record of supervising teams or leading clinical operations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and culture‑building skills.

• Ph.D./Psy.

• Direct experience with clinical program development or clinic startup environments.
