Who We Are

At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.”

We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality, compassionate care to children ages 2–14. In an industry facing widespread corporate shakeups and regulatory instability, our clinician‑led structure provides a rock-solid foundation of stability for our staff and families. We measure success by clinical quality and long-term outcomes—not corporate private‑equity metrics.

Why Lead Gold Vine Augusta?

Stepping into a director role is not figuring everything out on your own. We built this position for an experienced BCBA who wants to shape a clinic's growth while working alongside leadership that truly understands the field.

  • Collaborative Owner: You are not on a leadership island. Our owner is an experienced BCBA who remains actively involved, helping manage operations and run the clinic. You will have a true peer and sounding board by your side.
  • Foundation Already in Place: You aren't starting from scratch. Our brand-new Augusta clinic is open, operational, and running with a foundational team of staff and clients ready for your leadership to help grow and expand.
  • Focus on Leadership: Your primary mandate is leadership. With a low billable requirement, you have the freedom to focus entirely on clinical excellence and team growth.
  • Seamless Operational Backing: Our dedicated administrative team handles all scheduling, logistics, hiring, and backend paperwork.
  • Realistic Expectations: We believe leadership requires time to think, mentor, and manage. We offer clear, realistic responsibilities and leadership scheduling designed around true work‑life balance.
What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Director, you will hold the keys to all clinical operations, driving program innovation and mentoring our local practitioner team.

  • Provide clinical vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the Augusta facility.
  • Supervise, mentor, and hands‑on develop your oncoming team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
  • Oversee intakes, assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, etc.), treatment plan designs, and clinical documentation quality.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with BACB, ethical, and healthcare payer regulatory standards.
  • Partner closely with local families to ensure deep caregiver collaboration and stellar outcomes.
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on clinic health, growth strategy, and localized training initiatives.
What We’re Looking For Required
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of clinical ABA experience, with a proven track record of supervising teams or leading clinical operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and culture‑building skills.
Preferred
  • Ph.D./Psy.

    D. or BCBA‑D designation.
  • Direct experience with clinical program development or clinic startup environments.
The Director Runway

This role is built for a leader who loves the field of behavior analysis but is tired of high-volume, faceless corporate pressure cookers. If you want a seat at the table where your insights directly influence clinic growth, and you are trusted to run a clinic like a family, the runway here is completely clear. We will never force responsibilities on you that you don't want, but options for expanded professional growth are fully available.
