Physical Therapist Assistant

As a PTA, you will play a key role in helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team. Whether newly licensed or a seasoned PTA, we can support your career.

• Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation
• Optimize the functionality and skills of patients
• Complete all necessary documentation via Net Health
• Collaborate with supervising PT to develop programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co‑signature and supervision requirements
• Attend all required meetings, including care planning, staff meetings, and family meetings
• Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines
• Follow facility infection control policies and procedures
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice

• Competitive compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
