Job Title
Provide evaluation and therapeutic interventions to a full range of wounded, ill, and injured service members and their families.
Develop and implement complex, goal-oriented treatment plans for patients.
Apply the use of therapeutic modalities and new integrative techniques and technologies for the purpose of evaluation and ongoing treatment.
Provide patient/family education on the injury/disease process.
Develop protocols and standing operating procedures for Occupational Therapy programs.
Interpret test results to assess nature and degree of deficits and/or outline appropriate treatment plan, goals and objectives.
Measure patient capability using standardized clinical tools, direct observations, interviews, and medical history reviews.
Provide technical supervision, oversight, and collaborative direction to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
Provide clinical instruction to Occupational Therapy OT and/or Occupational Therapy Assistants OTA students.
