The Job You’ll DoPart of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you:
- Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
- Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
- Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
- Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
Our most successful clinicians possess:
- Minimum Requirements –
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. - Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
- Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”
- Growth Mindset + Agility – The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians (social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists) must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

For delivering exceptional patient care with industry leading outcomes, we promise to provide:
- Competitive Compensation Package – We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and EAP for any additional needs. 200+ hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year which increases with tenure. For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $89,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities). - Free to You Clinical Elevation – The road to independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) is simply part of your daily plan. You will receive no cost clinical supervision (for LAC, LMSW, LAMFT) built in your workday.
