Patient Care Tech - PACU, Surgical Services

Piedmont Healthcare -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in meeting patient needs for all age groups in the areas of comfort, activities of daily living, clinical procedures as delineated, transporting and safety needs, and obtaining blood samples according to established procedures and protocols;
Communicate with team members in a timely manner about observations of the patient's progress, needs and problems;
Maintain departmental/hospital policies, procedures, objectives, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety, and infection control;
Work as a member of a unit based, multidisciplinary patient care team;
Demonstrate population-specific competencies in performance of role
