Job Description

Looking for a physical therapy position where you can spend a full hour with your patients, focus on quality care, and leave the "PT mill" model behind? We are an established, privately owned orthopedic physical therapy and Pilates practice in Sandy Springs seeking a Physical Therapist who values personalized care, clinical autonomy, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Our therapists treat patients one-on-one for a full hour, allowing the time necessary to perform thorough evaluations, provide hands-on treatment, develop individualized exercise programs, and build meaningful relationships with patients. If you've ever felt rushed, overbooked, or unable to provide the level of care your patients deserve, we'd love to talk with you.

Why Therapists Love Working Here
  • One Patient. One Therapist. One Full Hour.
  • No double-booking.
  • No juggling multiple patients at once.
  • No productivity pressures that compromise patient care.
  • Integrative Orthopedic & Pilates-Based Care We combine evidence-based physical therapy with Pilates principles to help patients move better, recover faster, and stay active long-term.
  • Pilates Certification Opportunities Interested in expanding your skill set? We offer opportunities for Pilates training and certification to therapists who want to incorporate movement-based rehabilitation into their practice.
  • Flexible Schedule We are open to part-time or full-time candidates and can accommodate schedules ranging from approximately 25–40 hours per week.
  • 1 Supportive, Collaborative Environment We believe great patient care starts with supporting our clinicians.

Our practice values professional growth, autonomy, continuing education, and work-life balance.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
  • Interest in movement-based rehabilitation and wellness
  • Pilates experience is welcome but not required
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • A therapist who values quality care over patient volume
About Our Patients

Our patient population includes active adults, athletes, post-operative patients, chronic pain patients, and individuals seeking a higher level of personalized care. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where both patients and clinicians can thrive. If you're looking for a practice where you can slow down, focus on excellent outcomes, and enjoy coming to work each day, we'd love to hear from you.
