Female member needs a dependable caregiver to provide hands‑on support with limited walking and safe mobility throughout the home. Caregiver should be comfortable assisting with steadying, transfers, and fall‑prevention while encouraging safe movement as tolerated. Member may also benefit from a calm, patient caregiver who can maintain a supportive routine and communicate clearly and respectfully. A caregiver with strong observation skills is important to notice changes in condition and report concerns per agency policy.

Home environment notes: Non‑smoking home. No pets in the home.

We prefer caregivers who live within 30 minutes of the member’s location.

• Assistance with safe walking and mobility support (steadying, standby assist as needed)
• Help with transfers and positioning for comfort and safety (as applicable)
• Grooming and hygiene support (bathing assistance, oral care, dressing, toileting as needed)

• Meal preparation and light cooking
• Encourage hydration and regular meals per care plan

• Tidy common areas, kitchen cleanup, take out trash
• Laundry (wash/dry/fold), change bed linens as needed

• Grocery shopping and essential errands as authorized in the care plan
• Driving may be required if errands/shopping are needed (caregiver must have reliable transportation and valid documentation per agency policy)

• Maintain a safe environment and follow fall‑prevention practices
• Observe and report changes or concerns to the agency promptly
• Provide respectful companionship and support with daily routine
