Occupational Therapist (OT) | Inpatient Rehab
- Location: Augusta, GA
- Pay Rate: $65/hour
- Position Type: Contract; 13 Weeks
- Care Setting: Inpatient Rehab
- Shift Availability: M-F 8AM-4PM
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for inpatient rehab opportunities in Augusta, GA. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners.

Responsibilities- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and identify barriers to independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain performance of activities of daily living
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional independence, safety, and quality of life
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and functional support
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active OT license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in inpatient rehab
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Active and unencumbered GA OT License or Compact OT License
- Government-Issued Photo Passport
- CPR/BLS

- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
