This is a full time, grant-funded, full benefit eligible position, located in Lowndes County, GA.

The Adult Health Promotion Clinic Client Services Manager supervises support staff, coordinates multidisciplinary adult care services (such as sexual health, chronic disease, or specialty care), and manages client advocacy, workflow optimization, and compliance with public health standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Clinic Operations and Leadership:
    Directs day-to-day activities for front office staff, establishes workflow efficiencies, and ensures seamless integration between medical care and supportive client services. Ensures Linkage to Care deliverables are met.
  • Staff Supervision:
    Manages, mentors, and schedules clinic personnel, case management, program assistants, and peer advocate teams. Maintains staff credentials/licenses, competencies, and continuing education requirements.
  • Client Services and Case Management Oversight:
    Monitors client intake, eligibility verification, and treatment adherence programs. Helps resolve complex client grievances or barriers to care.
  • CAREWare Oversight:
    Oversees AHPC CAREWare to ensure data is entered correctly and timely as defined by Ryan White Care Act.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Maintains accurate medical records, oversees internal chart audits, and aligns clinic policies with state and federal health guidelines.
  • Community and Interdisciplinary Liaison:
    Collaborates with outside agencies, regional programs, and primary care providers to promote adult health initiatives and streamline patient referrals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience performing work related to the area of assignment, which includes two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role or one (1) year of experience at the lower-level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 3 (HCP
092) or position equivalent.
