Affinis Hospice is seeking an experienced executive to manage the clinical operations of Hospice Services. This role provides leadership over planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating day-to-day patient care, including referrals and supervisory functions.
You will partner with the Hospice Administrator and Medical Director to implement policies, ensure adequate staffing, and coordinate interdisciplinary care, while maintaining compliant records and driving quality improvement.
