We work hand in hand with existing ministries as well as help create new ministries as needed to share Christ and meet the needs of our neighbors. Our clinic is a loving caring environment that emulates Christ. You feel the presence of the Lord as you enter and move through the clinic. We have a reputation in the area as a place for the needy to come and get help, even if it is outside the scope of the services we offer.

Our clinic is resourceful and assists them in every way possible. In addition to being an FQHC, we are also a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Our Mission Statement is to proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and to demonstrate His love by providing affordable, quality primary health care to the undeserved. We long to see the people in our community to see and experience the love of Jesus not just through the care they receive, but also through the ways we interact with the community on a personal and corporate level.

As our patient population continues to grow throughout the greater Augusta area, we are in search of a caring and competent FNP, PA, MD/DO to join our team! Our four clinics (five, including dental) are strategically located in urban Augusta neighborhoods, providing local access to affordable care for patients who face medical, economic and transportation hardships. As a federally qualified health center and certified patient-centered medical home, we accept patients with no insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.
