General  Manager and/or Housekeeping Coordinator

* Position Summary:

* This position provides high quality cleaning services for all areas of the facility as well as set-up of rooms for events.

* Qualifications:

* Evenings  and weekends hours only
* Ability to listen and follow instructions
* Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
* Ability to work and get along with fellow employees
* Sufficient training, experience, and competence in the janitorial field
** Responsibilities:
*** Sweep, Scrub, mop  and wax floors
* Vacuum and clean rugs and carpets
* Clean, dust and polish furniture and woodwork
* Empty and clean waste receptacles and ashtrays
* Clean walls, ceilings, restrooms, window shades and light fixtures
* Operate machinery such as buffers, vacuums and shampoo machines
* Set-up event rooms according to Banquet Event Order diagrams.
* Assist in moving furniture
* Maintain good attendance and promptness
* Follow safety procedures
* Report evidence of vandalism or damage
* Be always personable and courteous to the public
* Preform any other duties assigned by supervisors
