** POSITION PROFILE
** The Spa Concierge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spa. They oversee the scheduling of appointments, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that customers have a positive experience. In addition, they manage the front desk, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries.
** ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
*** Manage guest appointments and ensure timely and accurate communication with guests.
* Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Ensure that the spa is clean and well-organized at all times.
* Train and supervise spa staff as needed.
* Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues as needed.
* Process guest payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate.
* Prepare reports and manage scheduling software.
* Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa related activities consistent with the policies, philosophy and objectives of the spa.
* Host staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
* Communicate with other departments to ensure a cohesive hotel/spa environment.
* Communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management.
** REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.
* Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Experience with Spa Soft. Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.
