Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa offers a luxury mountain experience through exceptional Lodging & Dining, an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, Equestrian Stables, a Full-Service Spa, and activities for all ages. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.
Responsibilities- Welcome and check-in guests; providing top‑notch customer service.
- Assist with getting guests ready for their spa service in the locker room area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the spa.
- Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
- Perform laundry duties.
- Previous experience in a spa or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
