• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel and lead the delivery of exceptional guest service
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles
• Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
• Role-model quality assurance best practices daily with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures

• Passion to serve others and exceed our guests' expectations
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success (hotel experience preferred)

The pay range is: $57,866.99 - $86,800.49

The starting wage may be above the minimum rate, based on relevant experience, skills, and education.
