Guest Room Attendant; Part Time

Scope of Position: The Guest Room Attend antis able to work independently and without direct supervision.

The Guest Room Attendantensures the highest quality guest experience by cleaning and preparing the buildingsof the Win Shape Foundation including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other locations on the mountain campus.

Reports to: Team Leader, Housekeeping and Laundry

• Cleansguest rooms, performsstayovers,turnovers, and checkoutsas assigned within standard guidelines for cleaning
• Cleanspublic areas and officesas assigned within standard guidelines for cleaning
• Performs quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
• Inspectsstorage rooms and room attendant carts for neatness, cleanliness, adequate supplies, and good repair
• Inspectspublic areas and guest rooms and trainsnew housekeepers
• Performsseasonal deep cleaning of facilities as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0to 3 yearsprevioushousekeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability tostand, bend, stretch, climb stairs, and do much walking
• Abilityto lift up to 25 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-discipline and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of computer skills and/or knowledge of a property management system or housekeeping system
• Commitment to being present at appropriate timesto work - all shifts, all days
• Exhibit the following competencies: dependability, team player, job knowledge, initiative, problem solving
