Guest Services Attendant
The Guest Services Attendant creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant, and banquet guests. Responsibilities include arranging parking, transportation, and ensuring a swift and complete departure experience. The role also involves assisting with luggage during arrival and departure, making deliveries to and pickups from guest rooms, and delivering hotel packages and parcels.

Responsibilities- Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the hotel.
- Assists guests descending from cars.
- Issues appropriate valet parking tickets to guests who want their cars parked.
- Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot.
- Opens hotel doors for all guests.
- Unloads guest luggage from cars, tags it, and issues claim tickets.
- Directs hotel guests to the Front Desk for checkout.
- Assures smooth traffic flow on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to appropriate positions and directing valet parkers.
- Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
- Hails taxis as needed.
- Loads luggage in car for departing guests.
- Escorts guests to their rooms.
- Delivers luggage to room upon check‑in and picks it up upon departure, moving it to storage or the Front Drive.
- Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick‑ups.
- Performs shoeshine service: picking up shoes from guest rooms, cleaning, polishing, and returning them.
- Performs errands for guests and the hotel that require local travel off‑property.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints and assists with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.

This is a part‑time position. Shifts will be primarily overnight.
