Laundry Attendant

Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping & Laundry Lead to join our team! This role is responsible for supervising and training assigned employees in Environmental Services. Coordinates work assignments to ensure maximum productivity and quality. Answers all house calls and assigns work to staff. Conducts inspections on a monthly basis and corrects problems if noted. Works as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or porter when necessary.

Daily Responsibilities

• Collects, cleans and redistributes the Community laundry.
• Ensures that all Health Center laundry is properly sorted, washed and dried according to State and Federal regulations.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Ensures that the laundry is maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
