Sheraton Augusta Hotel is seeking a front desk agent to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, handle inquiries and process reservations by phone, fax or electronic systems.
You will balance room availability, set the nightly inventory, assist travel agents, and coordinate with sales to maximize occupancy while upholding hotel credit policies. Training on Marriott courses is provided within 90 days of hire, on-site work required.
