* Position Summary:

** The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for day-to-day HR Operations and providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to foster a positive work environment.

* Position Responsibilities:

** Employee Relations
* Serve as first point of contact for employees such as addressing concerns, payroll and benefits inquiries, leaves of absence, immigration and mobility, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
* Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and implementing solutions.
* Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints in accordance with company policies.
* Responsible for HR operations of employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding.
* Promote, manage and maintain employee relations programs and drive employee engagement.
* Partner with benefits consultants to resolve any claims and coverage issues.

Performance Management
* Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues and documentation.
* Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

Employee Development and Training
* Coordinate and deliver employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
* Identify training needs and work with managers to develop and implement employee development plans.
* Maintain training records and track employee progress.

Compliance and Reporting
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution.
* In partnership with HR team, draft, maintain, and keep up to date all HR policies to ensure compliance.
* Communicate and inform key stakeholders of all legislative changes and support with implementation of any changes are required.

Other Duties
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
* Support the HR functional teams in the planning, implementation, execution and roll-out of HR programs and processes.
* Assist with local event planning and recognition programs.
* Provide support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
