We are looking for a Personnel Administration Officer to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration and labor law.
  • Higher education in Law (preferably with specialization in Labor Law).
  • Practical experience in employment and the legalization of foreign nationals in Georgia, including understanding of relevant legislation and legalization procedures.
  • Experience interacting with government authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Georgian Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Experience in developing internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
  • Georgian С1+ and English B1+.
nice-to-have skills
  • Knowledge of Comarch Optima.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing full-cycle HR administration in compliance with Georgian labor legislation.
  • Drafting employment contracts, addenda, internal policies, orders, and HR documentation.
  • Advising management and employees on labor law matters.
  • Handling hiring, transfers, and termination procedures.
  • Preparation and processing of required documentation for foreign employees.
  • Consultation on legal stay and employment matters for foreign employees.
  • Liaising with governmental authorities regarding migration and registration issues for foreign employees.
  • Monitoring the validity of visas, residence permits, and work-related documentation for foreign employees.
  • Preparing reports and coordinating with relevant state authorities.
