$20.70-$25.90 per hour

RSC HR Coordinator

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with occasional flexibility to cover later shifts, as needed

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate new hire orientation including room set-up, folders and presentation of information
  • Administer annual harassment training program and compliance uploads
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruitment, including sourcing candidates, arranging in-person interviews and processing new hires
  • Serve as back-up for the preparation and submission of weekly payroll and incentives
  • Run and monitor various Workday reports
  • Administer RSC birthday program
  • Serve as back-up for Esker (AP) invoice processing
  • Create a positive employee relations environment which enhances strong employee relations and high-level performance by leading by example
  • Manages travel per diems and makes travel arrangements for team members as needed
  • Assist employees with benefit related questions and annual benefits open enrollment
  • Act as the Wellness Champion for the RSC – facilitating local meetings and activities including annual biometrics sessions as well as participates in corporate-led wellness Teams meetings
  • Serve as a point of contact for teammates regarding HR policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Maintain bulletin boards
  • Order supplies, t-shirts, food and giveaways, as needed
  • Maintain HR filing systems in Box
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in regular HR team meetings
About this role

The RSC HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department goals and objectives in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Retail Support Center.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR emphasis a plus or minimum 2–3 years HR experience with high school diploma
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
